coming under the category of "the Young & Hopeless" i have bben reading alot of posts and i dont know the difference between all the diets.

i mean i know WW and thats about it, all teh others are alien to me

can any one help me, i would like to know the difference between all the diets mentioned on these pages and the approximate cost of them, as i am desperate to lose weight!

well i was the same as you and to be honest all i did was type in the name of the diet in google and do a bit of research! but i think slimfast is the cheapest by a mile as the powder is always on offer somewere then all you have to pay for is your daily 600 cal meal and or 3 100 cal snacks if you need them!! oh and dont forget to use the kitchen tap ALOT!!!!!
