difference between pro points diet and the old points diet?

    hi everyone.

    i started weight watchers points diet yesterday. gettin married in june this year n have a stone an a half to lose :( but feelin really commited so yay!

    my question is wat is the difference with this new pro points diet? (i am doin old one)

    thanks f post. yeh i think u might b right there cause the new calculators r much more technical by the looks of things.

    i find it quite easy to stick to do u? although am jus missin chocolate while i watch soaps once baby in bed haha

    i cant do atkins either!! its to hard. and jus not right f me to not eat no carbs at all lol x

    Hi and welcome. Propoints are worked out on protein, carbs, fat and fibre rather than sat fat and calories as before
