    Hi
I am a newcomer to this site and have just joined :)
I have been thinking of starting the atkins diet as i have heard it has very good weight loss results.
However i have no idea which one to choose from as there are so many different versions with different foods aloud.
I am a tad confused to which one to try as i have heard that the newer one stalls weight loss with the shakes and bars, although there seems to be some debate between the 1972 and 2002 version of it and how much weight people actually lost on either one.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you:):):)

Have you read the "So your thinking of starting atkins" stickie at the top of this Atkins forum?
