Dilemma

I started this diet again two days ago, but I've just remembered that i go away for a few days in under 2 weeks.

I've ordered and paid for meals for the days that i'm away already.

Do i stop now and resume when i come back or should i continue with the shakes up on till i go even though i'll be thrown out of ketosis when i go away, as i'm staying at a hotel and there will be no way i can prepare my meal packs, and i don't want to drink shakes the whole time i'm there.

What should i do???

If you want my advice you'll stick to the diet whilst you're away too. I have travelled a lot on the diet and it's perfectly possible. You can have the shakes easily (I often use a small bottle of water - drink half then add the piwder and shake and drink the rest) and the bars. If you are having 3 packs plus a protein meal then you can also go out and eat once a day - eg steak and salad or chicken and salad.
 
Thank you for the advice. I will def try using the water bottle to mix the shakes, as i really don't want to stop again. Its been so hard to start where i left off.
