Breakfast, porridge with skimmed milk, water and honey 250 cals
Snack - Apple, 60 cals
Lunch, Home made lentil soup with ham, 250 cals.
Yogurt 49 cals.
Snack - Pear 60 cals.

4 coffees, 44 cals. Squash 10 cals.

I tend to have a really strict day if I have overdone it the day before, so its working out really well for me.

Dinner, Tuna salad, 270 calories.

6 coffees, 66 cals. Squash 20 cals.

Total calories 1025
 
I wanted to eat more calories tonight, but I am just not hungry. This is what 12 hour shifts does to you!!
 
Could you make a smoothie and have some that way maybe? x

That's what I'm planning as well. I've got a meal on Saturday so also been trying to up my walking so I'm getting the exercise element.

Jan, I went to bed after that post, I was shattered. I will have a white wine tonight to up my calories a little lol.

I was on my way to work when I remembered, I did have appt at the Pharmacy but decided to cancel it as I can weigh myself instead of paying the Pharmacist over £4. I judge by my own scales every week anyway.
