Dippys diary take 2 (after wedding)

    Hi all... I had a diary before on here and went a bit by the way side. Got married 11 days ago and im just back from honeymoon last night.

    Joined back to group tonight after my lovely cruise and eating all I wanted :) weighed in at 11 stone 9.5lb :( heaviest I have ever been in my life!!!

    So all the healthy shopping has been done, bought a 12 week countdown so av no excuse not to go. Determined!!!

    Starting 2moro il be posting my food daily. Xxx

    Tues 6th aug:

    Breakie: banana, herbal tea and an orange.

    Mid morn: 30g weetabix minis choc. Cup of tea (1 syn)

    Lunch: pasta with peas and ham. Pear and a mullerlight yog.

    Dinner: big plate of stir fry veg and some fish.

    Will update with pics later :)

    Sore head so hada wee plate of sw chips with my hxa cheese :)

    Done 1 hour at the gym after work aswel. Feelin good :)

    Wed 7th aug

    Breakie: banana and tea with milk 1 syn

    Mid morn: 30g weetabix minis hxb with tea and milk. 1 syn

    Lunch: pasta, ham, peas, lettuce, carrot, 2 x eggs. A mullerlight and a pear.

    Done 1 hour at the gym.

    Dinner was sweet potato chips, sw chkn goujons and salad. 1 tbsp xl mayo 2 syns.

    Leftover pasta peas and ham.
    Pink n white wafer 2.5syns.

    Total 6.5 syns.

    Thurs 8th aug

    Breakie: tea and milk 1 sym and alpen light bar 3 syns.

    Mid morn: hxb 30 weetabix minis and tea with milk 1 syn.

    Lunch: low fat supernoodles with ham salad. Mullerlight and a pear.

    Dinner: sw spag bol made with quorn pasta carrots broc cauli onion chopped toms and tomato puree. Chilli and garlic. Topped with hxa 30g cheese.

    5 syns today.

    Treated myself to a cut n colour 2night, decided to do sumfin different and got my hair all chopped up :) feel all new now,,, just anothr step in my journey to the new and improved me :)

    2moros food will be:

    Fri 9th aug

    Breakie: banana and pear.

    Mid morn: hxb weetabix minis and tea with milk 1 syn.

    Lunch: cous cous and ham salad. A muller light and an orange n pear.

    Dinner: bacon, fried eggs, lmc red onion sausages and garlic baby boiled potatoes all crispy :) ... mmmm.

    Snack: cheese leek n ham pasta n sauce with 30g cheese hxa. 1.5 syns

    Total 2.5 syns.

    Total 16/105 so far :)

    Sat 10th aug.

    Breakie tea with milk and hxb 30g weetabix minis. 1 syn.

    Lunch: baked sweet potato with ham salad. 1 tbsp low fat coleslaw 3 syns and hxa 30g cheese. Yum!


    Heading out for dinner and drinks tonight 2nte for my aunts 50th. So im flexi synning altho I prob av enough syns saved to cover but just incase.

    Dinner wull be:
    Pan fried breast of chicken on smoked bacon mash with a creamy mushroom sauce :-/ about 30 syns?
    And will be drinking bacardi breezers at 5 syns each. Will allow for 10 of these

    So total of 84 syns today. And will be straight back on plan tomorrow.

    Had a few more drinks than I thought I would. My cousin and his girlfriend came back to ours after. We had dominoes :(

    Feelin very guily now :-/..

    Sunday 11th aug:

    Woke up with a monster hangover :(

    Brunch was hxb 3 x ryvita sweet onion topped with boiled eggs.

    Kickboxing for 1 hour

    Dinner was chinese... boiled rice half portion of beef in black bean. 7 syns and a few sw chips.

    Monday 12th aug:


    Breakie: banana.

    Lunch: cous cous, ham, salad. Activia 0% fat yog, pear.

    Dinner: sw chips, leftover chinese boiled rice and beef in black bean sauce. 7.5 syns.

    Snack: hxb 2 x ryvita fruit crunch and quark mixed with options 2 syns. Orange

    Done 1 hour at the gym.

    Weigh in.... lost 2lb :) happy considering I had a bad sat night.

    Bought 12 week countdown so totally focused now xx

    Sweet potato and salad and ham. Pear and yogurt. 30g cheese hxa.

    Dinner: bacon and egg 'muffins' with roasted baby boiled potatoes and beans.

    So went to asda before the cinema and bought the little choc mikado sticks... first time trying them. They r gorg!!!

    Todays syns :

    1 for cup of tea with milk
    4.5 for bag of big fives
    10.5 for 21x mikado sticks.

    I know its a lot but I was at the cinema and hubby had all types of lovli stuff. But im pleased with myself that I kept count!!

    So todays foods is: 14th aug

    Breakie banana and orange

    Mid morn 28g hxb weetabix minis with cup of tea and milk 1 syn.

    Lunch: low fat super noodles with chicken lettuce onion beetroot and peppers. A pear and an activia 0% fat yog.

    Dinner: cheese and broc pasta n sauce 1.5 syns with added veggies and bacon. Topped with hxa 30g cheese.


    Currently making 2moros lunches and dinner. Breakfast quiche amd a big pot of spag bol xxx

    Dinner: spag bol with lots of superfree topped with hxa cheese.

    Snack: leftover breakie quiche and 1 tbsp red sauce 2 syns

    7.5 syns.

    Lunch: left over quorn spag bol with lots of superfree. Pear and yogurt.

    Dinner: beef sav rice with hxa cheese and roasted baby boiled potatoes.


    M&s bbq chkn kebabs x 2. 3 syns
    Smash and ham
    Butter 2 syns.

    6 syns today.
