Ok so I've decided I'm going to do a diary on here and hoping it's going to help as if it would going to a meeting....I already do a diary at home but feel like I need a bit of pressure if I know people can read why I'm up to I might be more inclined to stick to the diet rather than cheat a bit (that's if people are interested in little old me) so...
Saturday - 27 discover poins
Breakfast
Latte - 2
Hot cross bun - 2
Butter - 0.5
Lunch
Attempted a mushroom curry at lunch....tasted rank lol so threw that away!
Frazzled - 1.5
Cadburys light moose - 1
Dinner
Iceland chicken buana - 5.5
Microwave rice 5.5
Was so yummy will be investing in more!
Snacks
Wine - 7.5 (oops drank the bottle got the stress out though)
Ww choc biscuits - 1.5
Frazzled (another bag my bad) 1.5
Total 28.5/27
Ok so went over by 1.5 as had the frazzled after my wine but this isn't bad a usually I have a massive craving for food after wine and each myself out of house and home so stopping at frazzles was a good call.
So today wasn't to bad I've been doing WW now for a while since jan and i was 1.5 points under yesterday so that has cancelled out today's over pointing.
Let's hope I can carry on. So far since jan I have lost a stone through the diet and the 30 day shred. Just need to find the energy and time (as only 2 months to my wedding) to start it up again!
