Go and get weighed, at least you will know what the damage is (if any) and be able to do something about it, knowing what you have to face. The easiest way to fall off any diet is to cheat, and then not get weighed and promise yourself that you will do something about it before you weigh in again. Because you never do, you convince yourself that you are a 'failure' and you might as well eat rubbish and put weight on as you deserve to be fat cos you cheated blah blah blah.....
That's rubbish, you are human and everyone falls off the wagon every now and again, we aren't saints. So hold your head high, look at what the scales tell you and VOW that you will do something about it. You may be pleasantly surprised that what the scales say isn't half as bad as you imagined ....
Just my twopenneth, sorry if I talking out of turn. But I know that denial is the root cause of most people's (including mine) spectacular fall from dieting.
