2lbs off today! well happy!!
Im going to now start think about doing some exercise, I do absolutly nothing but if I want to speed up the weightloss im going to have too! x

YAY on the 2lbs, great stuff. I never thought I would say this but I love my classes (well most of them lol) and really missed them over Crimbo when it was shut! You need to find something you enjoy and it makes it all the better xx

Still haven't been motivated to get off my ar@e!! I'm so shattered when I get home it's such an effort, I think I must be lazy!

Thanks for the support

Doing really well with diet but we have a birthday looming, my son will be 14 on saturday and we usually go out wherever he wants to eat, im hoping he'll say carvery but it will be something like benny and frankies or some other rotten horrrible place!!!
sooo dont want to spoil it!!

Yes I think its going to have to be a steak, how awful!
He hasnt said anything yet so going to keep quiet n he might forget!

All ok this end except they have forcast snow for today and tomorrow! I hate it as Im out and about driving and frightened to death i'll get stuck!

It was on the itv weather and radio leeds, hopefully its only on the hills.
It doesnt look like it could snow as its blue skies but ya never know so I'v rushed round all my visits so I can get back to the office!!
Just 3 hours of being bored to look forward too!
