Just rest - its your body adjusting to a new way of being. Its often associated with a lowering of blood pressure, it adjusts, but don't push yourself. Its not uncommon and it does pass - but just rest as much as you can. If it continues - off to your GP

As GSQ says, your body needs time to adjust. You can't expect to be fully active on 600 calories per day. Most people on a VLCD are suddenly having 1/4, 1/5, maybe even less of the intake they used to. Take it easy initially and then you can start to work out what you can and can't do once things settle down.

I had a bit of that in my first week - stick it out - it passes :) (well, it did for me so I guess it should for you also!!)
