Do I have to have the milk if I do ss+ with four packs?

Been on ss+ with a green and white meal and have had no loss this week so changing to four packs - after discussion with CDC - do I have to have the 200ml milk with it? or can i leave it out and just have slightly fewer cals - won't make a huge amount of difference will it?

im doing ss, but have milk in my tea. Also if i feel paticularly hungry i have a 4th pack, my loss is still good and it stops me from cheating.
dont see that it would make too much diff.
