Do you ever have a diet day off?

Hi i have always had a night off on a saturday night ,meal out or take away and a few wines and also as a treat after a weigh in i find this helps me as i dont feel deprived.
 
Yes I do sometimes, it helps me get back on track the next day, especially if i stop losing.
I eat , not massively andit will give a new kick to the lose.
