Do you go into Ketosis on the 790 plan?

This is day 3 on CD after a 7 month break, I thought I could manage to soul souce but have been only managing the 790 plan at the moment. I had four facet joint injections in my lower back the day before starting CD so am really sore at the moment and can't get about so it's a miracle I'm managing the 790 but I'm hangin in there...
Just really wanted to know how long is it before you go into ketosis, that's if you do on the 790 plan..

well the cambridge book does say that ketosis can be established. However, ketosis or not, weight loss is inevitable due to limited amount of calories you are putting into your body.

Hi I do 790 and am in ketosis. I don't think it took any longer to get there than if on SS -A few days I think. Good lucky with it. I'm sure you'll do great.
