At work on my lunch and forgot mine, does anyone know how many points 120cals 0 sat fat is? im guessing 1 - 1.5 but my guesses are usually way out :cry:

1.5, you can work it out as cals divided by 70 plus sat fat divided by 4 if you dont have you calculator handy

just another little tip-if something comes up as say 1.24 you can round it down to 1 pt but if its over 1.25 you have to call it 1.5
