I have my 2.5 litres of water through drinking black coffee/tea throughout the day?

I'm just one of these people who doesn't like water. I find it hard to drink it cold or warm. I also don't like the flavourings. But I do love my black coffee and peppermint tea. I measured how many mugs makes 1 litre, which for me is 3.5, so I make sure I have 8-9 mugs a day.

I do loose weight this way, but I just wonder whether having plain water is better while on the CD or does it not matter as long as the amount of fluids goes down?

According to my book, your allowance can include coffee/tea but the bulk is 'recommended' as water x

In terms of CD it should be O.K, in terms of general health, I wouldn't drink 2.5 litres of Coffee ;)
