Does it matter....?

Just a couple of quick questions!

1, Does it matter if the shake isnt completely dissolved?
(whisk is packed away due to moving on friday..only have a spoon to stir!)

2, is it alright to make the shake with a pint of water?..or is it too much?

annd thats it..for now.

1. newp - in fact I sometime leave lumpy bits in as I like them. Take a fork not a spoon - it's deffo less lumpy

Cant stand the lumps, it all looks like something out of a colonic irrigation pump lol. Never mind, needs must!

I'm on CD but it is similar, I always make about 1 & 1/2 pints with mine. the only thing about it is, it does water down the taste a bit. Otherwise don't seem to have a problem with it.

I always make mine with a pint of water it adds to the water intake aswell and all the water consumption goes unoticed its great !!!

I make mine with about 300-350ml of water coz I like it creamy as well! Go with whatever you can stomach.

I make mine in one of the children's lunch cups as it has a screw top and is leakproof. I sometimes get lumps but they don't bother me.
