Does Red Days have enough fibre?

*I have been trying out the Red/Original Days but does it have enough fibre?

You can only have 28g/42g cereal (healthy extra) which is about 11g-14g fibre max.

Then 2 slices of bread is 2-3g fibre each so that's 4-6g.Max 20g fibre per day.
 
Ah, but then add the fibre you're getting from your vegetables and fruit, and you should be OK if you're eating plenty of those, with lots of water of course...:)
