does using weeklies mean have to do activity

Hi im currently on 2nd week of pro points and lost 4 lb last week. i was wondering though after reading book that if you eat your weeklies do you have to do activity?
Im a bit confused and worried as havnt started any exercise yet.
 
Nope. You get your dailies, and your 49 weeklies. Then if you wish to do exercise, you earn activity points based on how much time and the intensity of the workout/walk/etc and you can then use these points for food too if you like.

I should probably add in something about building more "moving about" into your day to day life, like making choices to take the stairs instead of the lift, yada yada yada but thats all common sense innit! :) Weightwatchers encourages a healthy and active lifestyle
 
Thanks for quick reply Auburn, ive ordered 30 day shred dvd as have read alot of positive comments about it so as soon as that comes im going try and give it ago.
