I've never done it properly, but want a really good loss before I go on my cruise in September 1st.
I'm finding it ok so far, started yesterday after weigh in. Only thing is, I'm not normally fussed about yoghurts but I'm really missing them!!!
Anyone got stories of amazing losses on SP?
