Extra Easy SP Doing an SP week before my holiday

I've never done it properly, but want a really good loss before I go on my cruise in September 1st.

I'm finding it ok so far, started yesterday after weigh in. Only thing is, I'm not normally fussed about yoghurts but I'm really missing them!!!

Anyone got stories of amazing losses on SP?

I did lose 4lbs the first time I did it. But not since.

I did have quark and put some lemon essence in it and enjoyed it.
