Kelly I agree with Laura but would make it into a pavalova. Break meringue nest and arrange on a large platter or use individual meringues (1 syn each) in a circle. Mix Total 0% or 2% with some sweetner and put in the middle of meringues and put loads of fruits (strawberries, bluberries, raspberries, etc) or tropical fruits such as Mango, pineapple and passion fruit. Then if you like serve with squirty cream.
Personally, I woud make a chesse cake ut yu have not got time to let it set but here is the recipe anyway
2 tubs Philly light and Total 0%
1 tbsp SF jelly crystals (Raspberry, strawberry or Red currant) - mix jelly crystals with 2-3 tbs hotwater. Make sure they are dissolved
Sweetner (to taste)
Mix with philly & Total very well until all mixed and craemy
put in a cake tin (on that bottom comes off) or a silicon cake tin. I use a large piece of cling film to line a flan dish with extra bits haning off the edge so later on can pull out the cake
Put your mixture in the dish and level. Leave in fridge 2/3 hours to set
Decorate with berries
You can use Lime SF jelly and then use tropical fruits
