This might be a silly question, when people say they've lost inches is there a guide to where you should measure? I'm not even sure I know where my waist is![]()
When I started running last March I took all my measurements, waist (round over belly button), boobs (biggest part and underneath), hips (over the biggest bit) and thighs (half way between knee and hip). Forgot upper arm, which I'm peed about! Definitely recommend taking measurements to everyone, it's amazing to see the difference
