Hi Everyone
Hope you don't mind me posting here but I am starting from home tomorrow, joined classes before and although I do think the support of the group and the weekly weigh-ins are a great motivator, I find all the clapping a little bit tiresome week in week out. So I am going to try and do it on my own, hopefully with the support of this site and see how I do.
I have 6st 7lb to lose so I'm here for the longhaul, I've got all the books from last time including EE but I never actually tried it, stuck to Red and Green before but this time I'm gonna give EE a go. As I am starting tomorrow I will be weighing in on a Thursday, think I might also start a diary and so I can keep a record of my journey.
I am going on holiday in 11 weeks (UK) but would like to lose a minimum of 2st (more would be nice) by then so any tips/advice would be greatly received.
Now to try and get my head round this site.
