Well thank god it's been a beautiful day toay lol, grass mowed, car cleaned, dogs been on 2 hr walk now I'm knackered. Weigh in day tomorrow. I,m going back onto 4 shakes only a day. Got holiday booked in sept to costa del sol. Taking my mom, bless her. So want to be nice and thin by then. Got exactly 14 weeks to lose between 2st 7lb - 3stone.

Only 2lb off this week, I have ordered Paul kckenna hpno gastric band, heard so,e people have great results, I know not really to follow if on a diet, but suggestions have stopped people feeling hungry and no desire for much food. Only £9 so nothing to lose except more weight lol.
