I haven't tried EE yet, because I am losing weight so well at the moment that I'm afraid to change my plan in case I put weight on.....so I am staying with what I know best.

No.....I'm afraid not, they are an acquired taste really, they look like roofing tile's and taste very dry and chewy without anything on them, they have a bit of a nutty taste.

SW recommend them because they are almost 100% fibre - I just eat 2 a day, (they are very good for the 'bowel's' - they keep things moving!!!) but, any more than that and they tend to 'bung' me up......if you any do buy some just get one packet at first because they do take a while to get used to, but if you can eat them they are the best for you as regard's your daily fibre, and remember to drink plenty of water with them.

They are 5 for a HEXB or ½ syn each, you get them at SW classes and Holland & Barrat sell them too I think, I bought mine from an online health food shop - let me know if you want the web address and I will give it to you, and good luck with your Scan Bran.
