I am a newbie and I only just found this thread....I started SW last Friday, so I am starting my menu's half through my first week....

Wednesday 27th May...Green Day

2 WW thick wholemeal bread - HEB
½ Grapefruit

Tesco Light Choices Cottage Cheese
Small salad
Apple

Dinner

Small tin WW Chicken Noodle soup - 2½ syns

Thank you both, I am doing it on my own....I bought the lastest SW diet folder off Ebay and just started from there.

My menu's are just the sort of food I love, I don't eat a lot of meat just chicken & turkey really, but I love fish, shellfihs and Quorn products..

Thanks for the help with syns, I was wondering if I should have more of them especially as I have a lot of weight to lose, so I'll try that this week. X

Amendment to Friday 29th....just discovered Quorn Lemon & Pepper escalopes ate 7½ syns each.....so they have gone into the freezer and I am having Cottage cheese instead, I am going to mix the rice (cold) in it, I hope it will be OK!!....

I've not been well today, I am having a bad pain day (arthritis) and have had to take extra pain med's which make me feel sick, so I know I haven't eaten enough today.

Have you tried using Frylight?

Just a thought to add variety to your eggs etc., have you tried frying in Frylight? I love eggs or bacon or mushrooms fried in Frylight spray.

Thank you Maid......I do have Frylight in my kitchen cupboard and I use it a lot, but I've not fried eggs yet, but I will give a go thank you for your suggestions...xx

Yes, it is Henna, I was a bit scared to make the change over (I have only been eating green days) but with some help with the syns for the fish I made it - I was stuffed after my brekkie though, not used to eating that much, I will only have 2 scrambled eggs next time, LOL...
