your menus always sound great.i have just started a food diary yesterday as i had a gain last week and want to make sure im extra good this week.have you ever saved you syns for particular day or do you have them everday? im just still trying to work out if its best to jst have a flexible day or save mine.
 
No I tend to use my syns every day - I've not had a flexible day as yet.

There are lot's of people who do their syns weekly though so it does work.

I always try to vary my main meal of the day to stop from getting bored with eating the same foods all the time, but my breakfast's and lunch's don't really change.

Yes, I prefer red days, I find that green days tend to give me a bloated tummy - but I do have the occassional green day, but my fave is red every time. X
