It's gorgeous - you just mix porridge oats and a mullerlite yoghurt together and leave in the fridge overnight - the magic part is that the oats swell up and they become a lovely, creamy, fruity porridge which tastes beautiful - you can warm it up slightly in the microwave but only for a short time as the yoghurt could curdle - enjoy!!!! It is just one HEXB per serving.

WOW! That's a brilliant idea. Will get some oats and try next week... Probably warm it slightly.

Hi Donnie, this is a great idea - I might try this myself, it might keep me on the straight and narrow!! I have a couple of questions; what is scan bran and did you say you mix your porridge with muller light? Good luck with the rest of your diet
 
Scan Bran is a crispbread that is 99% Bran and you buy it at SW classes or Holland & Barret sell it too, it is an acquired taste and is very chewy, bland and a bit nutty but Ryvita it isn't I'm afraid.....

I mix 28g porridge oats with a sprinkle of bran with a Mullerlite yoghurt (any flavour), then you just put it in the fridge overnight, it is a lovely creamy breakfast or even a dessert, I usually slice a banana with mine or put a few blueberries on it - it is really nice and all for just 1 HEXB....Enjoy it.
