and i am pleased to let u all know the doughnuts are still there, no doubt stale as no1 has eaten them, and i have not even had a look. must admit this is an achievement for me, cause if i have one i eat them all.

WELL DONE CALLI !! its weird how food talks to you when your on a diet like this , food that you wouldnt normaly eat smells so good . I cooked steakpies with mash yesterday and i had to wear a bib i was dribbling so much x

How did you make them ? how long do you freeze them for ? calli remember to keep up the good work also . You have that holiday soon and im sure you will want to look good in your bikini and the pics xx

made them up with 250 water and poured equally, froze for 5 hrs. when i did them with cd they were rock hard, these wer creamy n yummy.
