I had meal out last Friday with the girls .... drank Gin and slimline tonic or you could have vodka - smoked salmon to start and seabass with veg (green) for main only because all the other dishes were smothered in sauces!! I still lost 4lbs this week so it is doable and you can still enjoy yourself .... just be careful what you drink and eat simples!! Hope you have a good bank holiday weekend and most of all watching Take That ... I'm going in June can't wait xxx
