Sunday 13th

Stayed over to hosts served:

B: eggs, mushrooms, tomato, bacon, sausage (all fried sadly) low carb not low fat!

L/D: baked fish & fresh herbs, steamed broccoli
FF Muller x 2 Pots
 
Breakfast:
Oatbran, cinnamon, allspice, Xylotil + skimmed milk
L:
M&S chickcen tikka pieces heated up in m/wave with yoghurt/mint dressing (2 tsps) that it came with
Thinly sliced chicken
 
Had to eat out yesterday up 83.6 up 300g
Lunch was whitebait and fish soup
Dinner Mussels
Snacks Bbel light Muller Light
Diet coke and not enough water
 
Thanks for regularly mentioning that you're not following Dukan strictly so that no one new copies your menus!

I enjoyed reading your diary but don't see much Dukan, to be honest! You might indeed find it easier if you did tighten things up. It's obviously up to you though!
 
Thanks for feedback. I am thrilled that I have lost 10lbs in a month. I will tighten up and see if I can lose a further 2lbs by end of November.

L: chicken pumpkin soup
D: squash cottage pie:
Lean mince, grated courgette, tomato, crumble stock beef and steamed squash
S: Onken Nat FF jelly sprinkles
Had no bran too full.
 
Friday
B: oatbran + skimmed + all spice + xylotil
followed by bootcamp for 1 hour - peckish so had:

Two egg omelette, mackerel in spring water and snips of spring onions

Weighed myself and went down 1lb over night so very pleased with myself hope to do another 1lb by next Friday so I breakthrough to the next stone down. Very excited. Must keep positive. We are away tomorrow night at a Black Tie do which means booze and off menu so will have to possibly go low-carb/high fat.

Have decided to have more Natural FF Yog instead of Vanilla for the next week see if that makes a difference.
 
Bad weekend involving red wine which was not good.
Today
B: scrambled egg
L: salmon fillet + FF Yoghurt
D: grilled buger + mustard + pickled onions
S: various yoghurts
skimmed milk + water
 
Chugging away and still losing.
Yesterday had yummy mince casserole wrapped in steamed cabbage - really, really good!

Today so far:
Breakfast: ONKEN FF + HARTLEYS JELLY POT
Lunch: Scrambled egg + prawns
Sugar Free Cherryade.
 
Breakfast:
Onken FF vanilla and some ff strawberry
Hot cocoa with skimmed milk and a drop of liquid sweetener.

Trying to stay focused today. We have a party this evening.
