Lol Shirley. He wasn't asleep for long, just a power nap! I'm concerned about him because he has been feeling a bit off for a few days so I'm nagging him about not drinking enough. He's lost 10lbs since I've been on Exante but as he does body building his way of changing shape is completely different to a vlcd. I just feel he needs more fluids whilst lifting all those heavy weights
