Easter (10th April).. anyone fancy a challenge?

Thanks Fraggle :) I was really surprised! :) I didn't eat their 'snacks' other than a few pieces of fruit though so it could be that.

eyeontheprize - I agree and can't wait to get started on CD :) hubby was surprised by this weeks loss and said 'are you sure you need this diet tonight' I was like.. 'definately, this week was a fluke'! ;)

Well done on your overall losses -fantastic! :) It makes such a huge difference for motivation seeing bigger losses - I know some dissagree but hey-ho. :)
 
Hi all

I've just worked out how much weight we've collectively lost so far from the scores on the board.....happy to be corrected on this one as maths was never my strong point, but I reckon we've lost well over 5st between us in what, 10 days or so?

Rock on ladies, this is amazing! We're not far off losing the equivalent of an entire Paris Hilton and lots of people haven't even had their weigh-in yet!!

Wonder what the grand total will be by Easter? Shall we aim for a couple of baby elephants?

Just 2 lbs loss this week, i was really hoping for 5 and taht would get me down to the next stone bracket, my cdc says maybe its jus my body telling me to slow down and i'll be back to normal next week.

I really admire anyone who does this diet and still cooks for the family! I don't do any cooking as OH does his own. Really helps to not have to directly face temptation. Apart from the peanuts and crisps I sell at the pub I work at I manage to avoid all that!
