My CDC has called me saying she's I'll AGAIN!!!! God it's been nearly 3 weeks with no weigh in :-(

3lb off for me this last 2 weeks.

Yolande and Geenabee - What amazing losses!!! i'm so impressed!!!
I think I need real kick up the bum, I had commitments to 3 meals out this week With work and for birthdays. I'm doing SS+ but i have found that my weight has really slowed down. When out for meals I still just ate chicken and salad, but you can see the difference on the scales!

Yolande and Geenabee - are you doing SS+ or SS? I think I may go back to SS for the next two weeks before i'm off on holidays - Woohoo! I would really like to get into the 13's by then. I am going to commit to at least 3, 5km runs this week to try to tone up my wibbly belly and thighs!!!!

Im on ss have been the whole way not one blip =D but on monday i start my week of 810 cos i have done 12 weeks now but i will be going straight back to ss after that week still have 4.5st to lose.
