Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

No bbq sauce :( although just got out bacon. I could go get some though I suppose! But if I do....I know it get snacks for tonight too :( lol
 
Hello! I had a terrible weekend food wise! You name it we ate it! Back on it today though starting with an hours workout in the gym. I don't have much superfree till shopping later today.

Bteakfast- 3 Linda McCartney sausages

Lunch- big steak! And cucumber

Tea- Quorn lamb grills and salad.
 
Today's food

Breakfast- frittata. With onion, courgette, mushrooms and sweetcorn

Lunch- tuna pasta salad. With spinach, carrot, courgette, cucumber and pickles.

Tea- mince and tatties! In the slow cooker now. Yummmm
 
I need advice. ... If I'm at Zumba at 8-9 pm and leaving my house at 7.30. Would you eat before or after?


Cancelled it. I feel a bit pants again! :(

It's been really quiet on this forum this week!! Where is everybody..

Today's food.

Breakfast- leftover frittata, grapes

Lunch- leftover mince from last night and a mcain jacket pot

Tea- pulled pork, salad, boiled egg, pickles.

I've snacked a lot today. But tried to keep it good Ish. Cheese curls, carrots, jelly, banana

I've done an hour on the gym. Was meant to go back for zumba but I cancelled! So bath, TV, bed it is!
 
Today's plan

Breakfast - pulled pork (1 syn) ( whoops!) Boiled egg

Lunch- beans on toast.

Tea- pork loin chop with leeks and broccoli. Small amount of potatoes and gravy (2 syns)

Edit- swapped toast for a mcain jacket potato. They are so convenient! ! I know they are 1 syn though :/
