Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I caved. I opened our holiday sweets and had about 7. I can't feel ill this week we have so much going on . I will do it though
 
This was amazing! raw pad thai, asparagus, potato and venison . so tasty!

it was courgetti, carrot, pepper, snap peas, spring onion ( all thinly sliced )
chilli, sesame seeds and a sauce made from coconut milk, tahini, lime juice and soy. If you want exact measurements just let me know :) it was very refreshing and would make a nice starter

raw pad Thai ( serves 3)

2 courgettes ( spiralised )
1carrot (spiralised )
1 red, 1 yellow pepper ( finely sliced)
2 spring onions ( I used one , finely sliced)
100g sugar snap peas (finely sliced)

coriander ( I used dried)
1 red chilli

100ml coconut milk
2tbs tahini
juice of 2 limes ( I used 1)
1tbsp of tamari or soy sauce
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds to sprinkle

mix in a jar , shake and pour over the vegetables
 
food today

breakfast- 2 fried eggs in coconut oil with broccoli and spinach 1/2 avocado

lunch- tbd . I have cream cheese to eat so maybe something with that.

tea- king prawn pad Thai with a turkey burger on the side

I prepped a chia pudding last night with leftover coconut milk so will try that later

I'm drinking lots of fruit infused water recently and I love it!

thanks. I'm really enjoying it. Although I can't get past the feeling worse before I get better bit! I'm hoping I don't need to stretch for some sugar today . I'm feeling more energetic than yesterday,
oooh yesterday I sorted out a little 'nut and seed station' for when we get our pantry so these can be easily accesssble!

If you're really, really struggling - could you have some fruit or naturally occuring sugars instead? Berries are low sugar fruit, as are kiwis... if you want a high sugar fruit, you could have half a banana. In terms of headaches and nausea etc, the fructose in those should be enough to keep it at bay! x
 
Such a hike idea. We need to be more organised like that xxxx.
 
Wow I need your organisation skills. Agree about having fruit . Sugar detox is hard so low sugar fruit helps and has the fibre as well.
 
Morning galsss

man I'm tired today!

breakfast- overnight oats, blueberries, goji berries, banana and boiled egg ( throughout the morning as up at 5.15 this week)

lunch- asparagus and broccoli noodles with chicken and soy sauce

tea- salmon fishcakes , veg, boiled potatoes

snacks- carrot sticks and I will probably have something this evening

I'm on my break till 2 so catching up on Geordie shore and big brother! !
 
Ahhhh I cant wait for GShore next week! Looks like there is going to be DRAMA! xxxx
