Ive done butternut squash chips, stuffed mushrooms etc. I tell you what tho...ive not craved pudding as much as i have done this week..and feel im using a lot of syns to try stop that craving!

Unexpected day off tomorrow!! Woohoooo! Going to work out. Do a dvd and a jog! Plus 2 dog walks. Bring it onnnn! ( And a massive lay in!)

Bns chips are amazing! Very like sweet potato!

Ive also thought about changing to a new diet. Have you seen any? Im just a bit dubious as i know this is healthy eating and i dont want to get into any bad habits and end up bingeing :/

I jogged for 15-20 mins tonight and picked my speed up on the way home which felt good

That looks interesting. Was it filling?

I did the clean diet for a while and that's when I lost all my weight. I really enjoyed it and stuck to it when I was on my own, but since I've been with the boyf I started slipping into bad habits which is why I wanted to go back to SW. I thought it would be more sustainable. I'm just not seeing results and I'm wondering if it's because my body isn't used to the carbs?

Wow that was rambled!

It was filling. I think i will try having a bowl in the evenings to cut my syns as im an evening snacker!

I bet the clean diet is expensive! I think i would crave things i couldnt have but can have on sw. You coukd do it for a couple of weeks and then restarr sw..but you may gain after? Its a hard one. Are you weighing your hexs religiously? Drinking water? From your food diary it looks perfect. And all the exercise you do is crazy! See how u get on with red and green days they may suit your body better

Yep :( most of the hex I use are pre weighed (weetabix, ryvita, Dairylea) purely so I don't go over! I do weigh the bran flakes and cheddar when I use them though so I know I'm not going over. It's so frustrating!

I managed to do the clean diet for about £15-20 a week when I was on my own. I mainly ate roasted veg though and would roast a whole chicken which would last me a few days. It's not as easy when you're with someone though. We both enjoy our food too much!!!

Wow..our shopping bill is £60 a week for two of us. How about you now?

Recipe for the soup? It was a bit of a throw together but it was
1 onion
1 big parsnip ( i would if used 2 if i had 2)
Half a courgette ( just as it needed using)
Big handful of spinach
1 small potato (my soup maker makes soup really thin so this was to thicken it a bit)
Stock ( i used a knorr veg cube)
Salt
Splash of worcester (optional)

Todays plan-
Breakfast- beans on toast

Lunch- leftover soup and a yoghurt (1.5 )

Tea- mayflower chicken curry, dry noodles. (3 syns)

Snacks-cheese curls (3)

Exercise- one 50 minute dog walk, 15 minute workout dvd ( insanity day2) after 15 minutes i got bored! 10 minute jog round our estate just as i was in my running gear.
