morning!!! Had a good nights sleep woohooo
breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, ff yog honey (1) blueberries strawberry and melon
lunch- leftover tea ( spag bol pasta)
tea- pork chops, roast veg ( courgette carrott mushrooms pepper) with kale. May do some gravy too ( 1 syn)
snacks- chicken , spaceraiders (3) roast chickpeas
evening *pudding*- frozen muller dessert (5.5)
exercise- 30 minute dog walk. toning exercises for 15 mins.
