Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

ohhh im so hungover today. we were only meant to be out for lunch and one or two drinks!! 7 hrs later we stumble home...im not feeling to great today !!
 
had a bit of a day off today! had homemade pizza for tea

back on it tomorrow. ive already prepped lunch and tea for tomorrow
 
today-

breakfast- ffyog blueberries, melon wnd strawberry. 1 syn of honey

lunch- brocoli soup, fruit, 2 boiled eggs

tea- chicken lasange ( minus the pasta!) topped with cheese hexa

pudding- sw donut. hexb and 2 syns of jam

snacks-

exercise- 1 30 minute dog walk
 
tomorrows plan as working 8-5

breakfast- yog fruit and honey ( 1syn)2 boiled eggs. banana at 9am

lunch- leftover tea ( chicken bake thing)!

snack- chicken pieces, spaceraiders (3)

tea- spaghetti bol pasta

evening snack- slice of half syn cake (will count it as 0.5 syn)

dont know if i will do any exercise tomorrow as i wont have time. i will try to though!!

pipppaaa!! right ok.... spaghetti? curry? Petes red pepper curry is really good? you could poach chicken breasts. paella is good? prAwn and feta spaghetti is one of our faves. stir fry/ noodles. hope you find something! and that your having a brillll time..:)
 
medicinal for your achy legs? or you still feeling a bit pants??

im sooo tired today!! Up at 6.30 and got home at 5.30..
none stop alll day!

bath, soaps and bed for me tonight!!!
 
morning!!! Had a good nights sleep woohooo

breakfast- 2 boiled eggs, ff yog honey (1) blueberries strawberry and melon

lunch- leftover tea ( spag bol pasta)

tea- pork chops, roast veg ( courgette carrott mushrooms pepper) with kale. May do some gravy too ( 1 syn)

snacks- chicken , spaceraiders (3) roast chickpeas

evening *pudding*- frozen muller dessert (5.5)

exercise- 30 minute dog walk. toning exercises for 15 mins.

Going to do my plan for tomorrow as im at work all day again so done some prepping tonight

breakfast- frittata with peppers and mushrooms.

lunch- same as today. spag bol pasta. melon

snack- muller dessert (5.5) quavers (4.5)

tea- jacket and beans and cheese hexa

we have a squash court booked for 5.40. ive done hardly any exercise this week so worried im not going to lose :(

my kettlebell arrived today so will start to use it friday :)

o wow! twice a week ia definately doable!! i have looked at a few vids but none that stand out. if you know of any similar to what you do let me know please!! :)
