Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

So todays quick plan

Breakfast- boiled eggs. Yoghurt and fruit

Lunch- chicken roast dinner

Tea-

Snacks-

Cheeky weigh in and ive gone back up to 8.13 :/ not surprised really :/ im going to be 100% all week but hubbys birthday at the weekend so will have sat evening off plan. I may try to flexi syn nd see if that works
 
Yeah 3lb. Ive exercised every day except today though and im massively bloated.

We have friends for a takeout sat evening, sunday id like to do him a cake a gifts in bed then a roast dinner. See family. Drink etc lol. Nor very slimming world friendly :/

One day isn't going to make you fat. Don't worry too much about. Make sure you're drinking 2.5 litres of water though to flush through the toxins. It will help stop some of it from sticking.
 
Lol...umm coffee. And sf squash! Thats it. I drink water if im exercising

Im contemplating doing some sw cooking for the week but i dont know what!

Im makung mayflower curry for tea and hoping it will do an extra pirtion for lunch tomorrow.
 
Around 4-5 coffees. Altho i now have decaff so after 1 pm i will drink decaff. And hopefully start to cut out caffiene.
And around 2 pints if squash. Bottle of water if im exercising.

What have you made for lunches. Ive binged today too :(

Salads for Monday and Tuesday, soups for the rest of the week. Also made some fruit salads.

I've been really bad today :( all self control went out of the window.

You should aim for 2.5 litres of non caffeinated drinks at your weight, so decaf will count but normal doesn't. It will help with your losses - promise x

Your lunches sound super healthy. I need to start planning again. Maybe thats where i went wrong last week
 
I have lots of berries with yoghurt for breakfast. I have pineapple.
Tomorrow is macaroni bake and brocolli. Tuesday i will do salmon and veg i think. I have two bunches of asparagus to use up. I think i will be ok!
