Yeah 3lb. Ive exercised every day except today though and im massively bloated. We have friends for a takeout sat evening, sunday id like to do him a cake a gifts in bed then a roast dinner. See family. Drink etc lol. Nor very slimming world friendly :/
Around 4-5 coffees. Altho i now have decaff so after 1 pm i will drink decaff. And hopefully start to cut out caffiene. And around 2 pints if squash. Bottle of water if im exercising. What have you made for lunches. Ive binged today too![]()
