Eaten but not bad!

    Iv just had a peice of chicken with 3 mushrooms with chinese spices and a few lettuce leaves and a tinnnyyy bit of cottage cheese, will it do any harm?! Trying to control my eating because normally I would eat something and would turn into a binge! How do you stop this happening?! I'm hoping I won't come out of ketosis :,(

    Iv not cheated, I brought the stuff for after my op but had some now. I feel like iv cheated :(

    hey hun just sounds like a SS+ meal so it wont knock you out of ketosis and wont effect your weight loss :) great choices :D

    Is that Chinese 5 spice? Be careful it's not loaded with carbs! Think it's got sugar in if... Worth checking! Depends on the quantity as to whether you come out of ketosis. The bulk in your bowel may cause a gain (but it won't be fat) so be prepared for that. Also the spice might cause water retention if there's salt in it!
    But calorie wise it would be fine!!
