Eating late at night

As long as it's all low carb in the evening so you dont get an insulin spike then i would say fine. I've been doing a lot of reading on marksdailyapple which is primal website (fairly low carb) about intermittent fasting and different eating patterns. Eating only twice a day &/or when hungry seems to have reasonable benefits. This is not the same as restricting cals when on standard carb laden diet - doesn't work!
