Hi all,

Never posted on here before but find the site extremely useful!
This weekend, I'm going out to an Indian restaurant with some friends. I have inserted photos of their menu below, and I was wondering what would be the best thing for me to have?

FYI, I don't like spicy food (I know it's stupid that I'm going to an Indian) and I also do not eat seafood.
I would prefer not to have a completely dry meal, as that can be extremely bland but any suggestions would be fab!!

Thank you :)

check out the other " Similar threads " section in this page below. Quite a few recommendations and syn values.

Personally, my choice is a chicken shashlik, tandoori or chicken dhansak ( spicy) with boiled rice. Hard to keep off the beers and popodums though!

yep chicken shalisk (most say 2syns for oil) and boiled rice. If you want something on the side order a chickpea dhal as its approx 6syns for a regular portion.
