eating tomorrow

I'm of to wembley tomorrow to watch my beloved Saints

I'm driving, well may as well whilst i'm not drinking.

But making shakes on the way down will be hard.

I'm doing ss

but i thought that for tomorrow i could up it to 810

thought of a shake 1st thing in the morning 6.00am

another one around 1.00pm before the game.
And i've just made a salad up, of white cabbage and tuna in springwater.

will i be ok eating this

please i do hope so.

then another shake when i come home

you can have that on SS+
Just read the book and it says you can have 180g of tuna with about 2 tbsp of the allowed veg (which includes cabbage) so you should be fine with this plan x

phew thanks

i may not eat it, but it's there, as tomorrow will be a very long day

well i can't believe it

i survived

A day out at wembley to see my beloved St helens rugby team win again, and i stuck to cd

i had a shake around 10.00am when we stopped at the services.

i had a few mouthfulls of my chicken during the day

i had a shake around 6.00pm and i've just had the last one.

have to say that i've only managed to drink 1lt of water today

well i was driving, and the traffic was bad, as there was quite a few accidents on the M1 and i just couldn't risk needing the loo

so the water was a minimum today, but at least i didnt' cheat, when everyone in the car was having nice stuff.

I guess it's all the planning that went into it, you were well prepared, that should be a lesson to me and all, I envy you! such will power is remarkable! well done for sticking to the diet! :)
