    Thought I would starting doing an on-line diary

    Mon 4/8/8 - GREEN DAY
    BRUNCH
    2 slices wholemeal bread (HEX B)
    4 slices grilled bacon
    "fry" egg
    grilled tomotoe
    Diet Coke
    Coffee

    Snack-
    LF Cheadar (HEX A)

    Dinner-
    Potato Wedges
    Baked Beans
    2 "fry" eggs

    3L water


    Tues - 5/8/8 - GREEN DAY
    Breakfast
    All Bran (HEX B) + Skimmed milk (HEX A). Coffee

    Lunch
    Baked Potato + baked beans + salad with LF balsamic dressing

    Diner -
    Cheese & Broccoli Pasta n Sauce iwth "fried" onions, peppers, courgett, curry powder LF Cheddar (HEX A)
    Diet Coke. Muller light

    Snack - 5 dried apricots, approx 30g (1/2 HEX B)
    1 light alpen bar (1/2 HEX B)

    3L water


    Wednesday 5/8/8- RED DAY

    Breakfast
    All Bran (HEX B) + Skimmed milk (HEX A). Coffee

    Lunch
    2 slices wholemeal bread (HEX B)
    Chicken, salad, lf balsamic salad dressing


    Diner -
    Salmon, wrapped in parma ham.
    Roasted Veg

    Snack - 2 babybell (HEX A)
    Apple

    Syns
    2 vodka + diet coke - 5syns

    3L water

    Exercise-
    2.5 mile run 25mins :)

    2 homemade thai turkey burgers with salad

    Dinner -
    ?????
    Possible healthy style fish n chips after WI.

    Snack -
    Apple

    2L water

    Exercise-
    2.5 mile run 25mins :)

    3 quorn Sausages. 1 hard boiled egg. Tomatoes.
    Coffee

    Lunch
    2 slices wholemeal bread (HEX B)
    tuna (mayo), peppers, spring onions, lettuce

    Dinner -
    Chicken, wrapped in parma ham with mozzarollo (HEX A) + fresh basil.
    198grs new potatoes (HEX B)
    Roasted Veg


    1/2 bananna

    Syns
    2 vodka + diet coke - 5
    1 tsp light mayo - 2

    LF Balsomic Dressing

    Homemade beef & guinness stew
    New potatoes (HEX B). Roasted Veg. Steamed Veg

    Snack -
    2 babybell light (Hex A)

    just reading ur food diary and wanted to check that u know that beans arent free on a red day. they have to be a hex b or synned.
    sorry if im being the barer of bad news.
    otherwise ur food diary looks very nice and variable:)

    Tnx cheryl, it was a teaspoon (breakfast at a mates), so have not counted - bad girl.. as am finding have been using my syns at weekend on booze - even bader girl.
    Trying to claw back for WI tomorrow - yikes..

    Well done on your losses.

    Homemade Spicy Salmon Fishcakes + Salsa.
    Salad.

    Chilli, few tablespoons rice (1/2Hex B), pasta (1/2 Hex B), gammon, tomatoes

    2L water

    Snack -
    2 babybell light (HEX A)
    Syns
    2 bottles of lager = 10
    3 glasses white wine = 18

    3 grilled medallions of bacon, tomatoes, 2 scrambled eggs, "fried" mushrooms. Pot of tea

    Dinner
    Starter - Feta Cheese (HEX A), parma ham, lettuce, grapes, sprinkle of pine nuts. Balsamic Dressing
    Roast Beef, carrott & sweed, broccoli, cauliflower, boiled potatoe. Yorkshire Pudding (2.5)
    Strawberries, merangue (2.5) muller light.

    Snacks-
    None

    3 vodka + diet coke - 7.5
