excuses, excuses

Yes, I realise that my WI is on Tuesdays, but we were out this afternoon and OH disappeared off to computer shops with my brother and forgot to come home. I hadn't had anything to eat since lunchtime so had a small dairy milk bar to keep me going till I got some dinner. I ordered Chinese as there was literally no food in the house (payday today). My tip for takeaways is, split it with your OH. You still get to enjoy your chinese food but use only half the points....

Tuesday 27th May - Core Plan

Breakfast -
shreddies & skimmed milk, a banana & sweetner

AM Tea break.

1 slice toast & scrape of Low Low 1.5pts


Lunch

chicken & pasta salad.
roast chicken breast sprinkled with spicy herb mix from lidl, spring onions, peppers,cherry tomatoes & pasta mixed with extra light garlic & herb cheese.

Danone activia yoghurt.


PM tea break

pear & grapes

dinner

Gammon steak, mashed potatoes (with s/milk), peas & carrots

snack

tea & toast w/ marmalade 3 points
ww coconut bar 1.5 points

Total weekly points used: 6
Total weekly points remaining: 15

Arrgh! really hungry today and I've used up 2 day's points in one day..... still, not off plan yet.

Wednesday 28th May 2008. Day 2 core plan

Breakfast - weetabix & milk with sweetner

am snack - large red apple

lunch - bacon & tomato pasta

pm snack - cherries & grapes

dinner - chicken curry & rice


Think I may be getting the hang of this thing now... Hurray! mind you, not such a hungry day today....
