EE and bloating :(

    Iv always had red days but iv decided to try a week on EE. Today is my first EE day and so far iv had.....2x weetabix, banana, mullerlight, jacket potato with prawns and salad and for dinner tuna pasta bake and veg nd i feel so bloated!! my stomach is huge.....is this normal? i dont see how i could possibly lose weight like this!

    It maybe the pasta that is making you bloat i no i does me i cut it out for a couple of days and then try it agin seems to work for me. Having looked at what you have eaten today bananas can be quite bloaty(if thats a word) try eating more watery fruit like apple pineapple grapes melon it makes me feel less bloated. Hope this helps!

    Yes - definitely lots of water! Also you could try eating activitia yoghurts every day as this seems to help a lot of people.

    i have found my losses are slower on ee than on original days!

    I get awfully bloated on EE days and so I tend to steer away from them. I think it is all the veggies and fruit from my point of view...too much fibre! I try and do red and green instead and cut down on the veggies. Everyone is different tho so you'll have to find out what does it for you. For example I know that Special K Bliss bars set my stomach off too...no idea why!!

    Low fat, Low Carb, High Protein, SW tweaked
    I found changing to wholemeal pasta and rice stopped the bloating also as a guideline I only have 50g rice and 75g pasta in a serving
