EE Bolognaise Sauce

Hiya, sorry if this is in the wrong area.

Id like you're point of view on whether the Bolognaise sauce could be counted as a 1/3 superfree foods?

I use passata, chopped toms, peppers, mushrooms and onions to make a Bolognaise sauce. So as all the ingredients are SF, would you consider this a 1/3 SF food? I have far more bol sauce than meat and pasta.
