If I do go over it's not really a problem just think if I can keep a better diet over all it's better for baby than eating junk, and pointing makes me think about my portion sizes and I end up eating more healthy and balanced diet than what I would if I wasn't doing it! x
 
Doing well today, been stuck in all day so trying not to pick at food, had a snack just now so will wait til DH home for dinner, thinking of jacket and beans cba cooking today lol!

Another good day I'm finding I'm eating more if anything now than before pointing and look forward to my food, before was just eating choc and sweets all day then a huge unhealthy meal at night! So this way is better for me and baby x
 
I use an app called mypointsplus on iPhone it's only a few pounds so I don't pay for ww subscription or w/e it has calculator etc on it x
 
I had abit of a bing think I ate tea too early will try to spread food out better tomorrow,

Then I didn't point the rest of the day was at my mums and went abit off track
Had sausage egg and chips for tea, apple crumble and a mars bar later, I had 37pp left including weeklys though so I think that will have covered most of it, hoping for a +1lb gain or a STS tomorrow to keep on track. x

I think the jeans I brought from next are different from your ones mine don't have a band there normal style jeans with button but have strechie pockets on each side im going just keep them for later on im sure I fit into them towards the end when I've gained loads but going order another pair online as im having a lazy day its too cold to go out shopping x
 
Lost 1lb! I'd lost 2lbs earlier in the week when I weighed myself, think it was just bloat weight n now iv had a week of eating better it's gone down abit so

25 weeks pregnant - total gain 1lb

Yeah it's on the basis of breastfeeding but it works out as 2200cals a day which is what I think is recommended! I don't want to lose as I think that's unhealthy in pregnancy just want to monitor my gain I think I was just bloated last week and had a false gain so thats why iv gone down this week!
Im having this week off again as were moving next week and I'm going to be busy getting things ready and especially since iv lost this week I don't mind a gain next week, still keeping food diary though because it helps me be abit more careful! X
 
I would say that's too low it's an amount of calories that people use to lose weight when not pregnant so I'd say it's definitely low for a pregnant person, x
 
But im gaining loads weight I don't get it hunni I just don't get it I am always hungry thou i am always eating I prob have a extra 100 cal on top of this when do we need the extra 300
 
Its from about 20 weeks I think if I were you I would try to eat at least 2000 it's sounds weird but sometimes eating more will balance you out try it for a week or 2 and see if it affects your gains I bet the will slow down,
