Eeeek

I was doing ww but can't seem to stick to it just trying to stay healthy and not eat too much rubbish at the moment,
Just about to move house so when were settled I can concentrate more but so busy at the moment
So far today

Micro jacket potato w lurpak, cheese and Mayo,
Carton apple juice
2 cups of tea

Not sure what's for tea yet!
 
Your doing well with your food I had a bad day yesterday but trying to do better today its getting harder now im getting further along.
I'm in so much pain atm my legs, back and hips are really aching got antenatal appointment tomorrow with doc so going mention it. Are you feeling better now?

You must be looking forward to moving hope its not too stressful x
 
24 weeks - 204lbs (pre preg 202lbs) total weight gain = 2lbs!

Hate seeing the scales go up but all week been craving potatoes with cheese butter and Mayo and choc bars, eaten 5 mars bars over last 3 days!
 
No it's not bad it's about average iv put more than 2lbs on really but I lost over a stone at the beginning cus I was really sick so iv only just started gaining over what I was when I first got pregnant, 2stone is healthy amount to put on by the time you come out of hospital you will have prob lost most of that x
 
Right really need to stop eating so much chocolate!!

Late lunch - large bigmac meal w sprite zero and Mayo dip

Snack - mars duo, chocolate sundae

Not eaten any tea yet but just discussing having sausage sandwiches lol, gunna try for no chocolate tomorrow see how I get on! I seem to be piling weight on at the moment and I can't keep myself under control!

Going shopping when DH gets home from work, just having a lie in so not eaten yet! Loads of crap in so I'll be too tempted if I go downstairs and start looking through the fridge haha

Feel like iv done really well today, especially for a weekend not even used all my dailys and I'm really full and ate loads!
Feel positive about tomorrow now too :)
 
Can't sleep now cus I had a long nap 5pm - 8.30pm lol! Iv really gone off kebabs since I had one a few weeks ago and got ill off it! Did the job not wanted one since lol!

Going to my mums for roast dinner tomorrow so will just try to eat light throughout rest of the day and hopefully have a good day!
 
Have you got gaviscon or rennies? Not had much heartburn yet this pregnancy had it constantly with my LO but I ate alot unhealthier so maybe that was part to do with it!
 
I think in pregnancy you might just get it anyway but for alot of people it kicks off with greasy or spicy food! x

Wouldn't have gone over today but my moussaka was horrible so I was hungry later on because I didn't eat much tea, also got too hungry and had chocolate to keep me going which is bad but oh well i am pregnant, still doing better than what I have been when not writing everything down!
